How Can blood In Urine Along With Nausea Be Treated?

No infection but blood in urine. Saw doctor today. On a scale of 1-10 through the day about a 5. But at night is severe and it feels like something heavy is there. Cannot lay longer than an hour before needing to sit up. Run low grade fever at night have slight nausea elevated BP but the pain is what concerns me. Was put on ciprofloxacin for ten days

Blood in urine definitely need full evaluation for find out cause.
You mentioned no infection , in infection it happen frequently.
So, other cause should remember like , kidney stone, (usually it will associated with pain and vomiting)

so, as soon possible go for further investigaton.
